EMIT Learning is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work directly with students to help them develop the skills necessary for academic success, independence, and participation in everyday activities. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: New Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Age group: Elementary, Middle, and High School

Total hours per week: 35–40 hours

Duration of Contract: School Year 2025–2026 Bonuses

Monthly Bonus: $150.00–$300.00

Christmas Bonus: $500.00

Professional growth and advancement opportunities Qualifications

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state

Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings (preferred)

Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor skills development, and adaptive strategies

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals

Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Compassionate, creative, and student-centered approach Responsibilities

Evaluate students’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to support students’ fine motor, sensory, self-care, and coordination skills

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support classroom success

Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed

Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students’ development
