Recruit and Onboard new hires
Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Experience of T&D at ground level in any Engineering / Automotive / Steel industry
Handle overall plant and corporate HR, Local liasoning, Factory act & local departments liasoning
Qualifications
MBA HR regular
10+ years' experience in Human Resources
Required Skills
Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
