Hours: 35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends. Shift times range from 6:30 am to midnight.

Salary: £12.21 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at RNLI College as Waiting & Bar Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, providing exceptional service to guests and contributing to a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with Aramark standards

Support hospitality functions, including bar and barista service

Prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness throughout

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations

Correctly store food items and equipment after service

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided

Applicants must be 18 years or older

Eligibility to work in the UK and residency of over 3 years (security clearance required)

Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport options
