Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large complex resort, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Collaborate with property management teams to develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and conduct forecasting to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancement and leading initiatives to drive excellence across all properties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local tourism authorities and industry partners.
Provide mentorship and support to property leadership teams, promoting a cohesive and motivated workforce that excels in service delivery.
Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts for operational teams, prioritizing succession planning and talent cultivation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, local culture, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and innovation in guest experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
7-10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury resort/hotel management, overseeing large-scale operations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team development.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a deep understanding of local culture and dynamics.
Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
