Payroll Specialist with Accounting Support â Non-Profit Organization

Location: Naugatuck, CT

Schedule: Mondayâ Friday, 8:00amâ 4:30pm (contract); 7:30amâ 4:00pm if hired

Pay: $27â $29/hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Benefits: Excellent benefits package upon permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bi-weekly payroll processing through Paylocity

Support accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Administer petty cash and credit card transactions

Ensure accurate, timely financial data entry and records

Qualifications:

Extensive payroll processing experience required

Familiarity with Paylocity and QuickBooks platforms

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

Non-profit finance experience a bonus
