I am currently partnering with a leading construction firm entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. With a strong reputation for quality, they’re launching a major residential program focused on single and two-family homes and they need top talent to help bring it to life.

We’re looking for a skilled Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead this high-impact initiative. You’ll work alongside an experienced team on a transformative project with real learning and growth potential.

Contract Type: Full-Time Temporary Contractor

Rate: DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of residential builds (phases 1–5).

Oversee on-site operations, ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Manage tenders and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Act as a key point of contact for clients and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical training.

Proven experience in managing single-/two-family home projects (3 years' experience required).

Solid understanding of construction methods and finishing trades.

Proficient in MS Office.

C2 German level.

German resident.
