Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery Inc in Winnipeg, MB is now hiring a part time Server with excellent interpersonal and communication skills required in assisting and providing the highest customer service.

Duties:

Adapting to changing conditions in a positive manner.

Communicating and working respectfully with a strong team consistently delivering excellence in customer service.

Following direction from leadership on assigned tasks.

Following established safe work policies and practices.

Following Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery Inc policies and procedures.

Meeting the established attendance expectations.

Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.

Smart Choices/Serving safe certificate required.

3 years minimum service experience is expected.

Able to work well with a strong team that supports each other.

Fun, energetic and able to manage quick changing atmosphere from daytime to evening.
