HVAC Installer and Technician

We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems ..

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Must be able to install schedule 40 screw pipe for WSHP systems

Must be able to install duct work

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

80% of work is installation, 20% is service

Mix of commercial and residential

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with commercial and residential HVAC systems

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsCompany Description

We are developers, GC and HVAC contractor that primarily work on our own projects. Many of my workers, vendors and subs have been with me for 20 to 30 years.
