We’re recruiting for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the team at a vibrant fresh food restaurant with rooms, set in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.

The role:

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key part in supporting the senior team, helping to lead service, train junior chefs, and ensure consistent quality across all dishes. This is the ideal next step for a strong Chef de Partie looking to progress, or an existing Junior Sous seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and rewarding environment.
