Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in New Albany. This role will play a key part in leading the successful delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage.

What You’ll Do

Oversee construction project management including scheduling, financials, and quality assurance.

Lead site safety management, ensuring compliance with local and industry standards.

Manage contractor performance, design coordination, and contract negotiations.

Drive cost effective and innovative construction methods.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities to deliver resilient and efficient infrastructures.

Ensure seamless handover from construction to operations.

Provide regular reporting to senior management and support customer discussions.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of construction project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, and local approval processes.

Experience delivering large, capital-intensive projects (data centre industry experience preferred).

Proficiency in MS Project & MS Office.

Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
