We are a fast-growing jewellery brand from Dehradun. We’re looking for a candidate based in Dehradun with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or EA roles, who can thrive in a startup environment and keep our operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the founder, providing administrative and organisational support while ensuring smooth execution across customer service, operations, content, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage daily customer queries (WhatsApp, Instagram, email) within 24 hrs

– Maintain brand calendar for sales, launches, and shoots

– Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, UGC creators)

– Keep inventory updated, assist with website uploads

– Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups

– Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates

Requirements

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, operations, or EA roles

– Strong communication and organisational skills

– Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable

– Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion

– Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is a plus
