Qualifications:

Certified Home Health Aid License from the State of New Jersey

PPD skin test for TB

Essential Functions:

Companionship-actively engaged with each client and their families.

Meal preparation

Errands/Transportation

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping

Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed

Personal care (CHHA/CNA Only)
