Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and portion control for all dishes.
Prepare and present food creatively and attractively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Store food items properly to ensure safety and freshness.
Adhere to safe food handling practices, recipes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must-haves:
Minimum of one year culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting focusing on scratch cooking.
Familiarity with culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Proficient in using various kitchen tools and equipment.
Experience in customer service.
Nice-to-haves:
Food handlers' certification.
Work Location:
Sunnybrook Estates, located in Madison, MS.
