Estimator - Commercial Paint

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Paint Estimator for one of our clients in North Carolina. This position is remote, with availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial painting projects.

Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope

Perform material takeoffs and labor estimates

Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines

Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify details

Maintain detailed records of bids and pricing

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience estimating commercial or industrial painting projects

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Strong knowledge of paint materials, labor costs, and application processes

Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
