The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls from patients with billing inquiries. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will provide accurate billing related information, resolve billing issues, identify solutions to to pay outstanding balances as well as collaborate closely with the billing department to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
25 hours per week - First Shift
Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 pm
High School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience
Previous medical billing billing experience is preferred
