Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Appointment Setters to make outbound calls, qualify interest, and set appointments for our Federal Business Development Specialists (FBDS). You’ll have access to our auto dialer, HubSpot CRM, and company calendars to streamline your workflow.
This is a commission-only role with immediate payouts—ideal for driven individuals looking for flexibility and unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
Make 300 outbound calls per day using provided leads and auto dialer
Set 25 qualified appointments per week for our FBDS team
Maintain a 60% show rate (minimum 13 kept meetings weekly)
Use HubSpot to work leads, track activity, and manage scheduling
Follow proven scripts that consistently deliver results

Compensation
15% commission on each deal closed by FBDS from your set appointments, usual turn around 2 weeks from appt set to close, paid within 48 hrs. of invoice settled Our sales model is set allow for residual,, meaning you are paid every time we are paid.
Deal sizes range from $500 – $12,000+ - Our sales approach is "step ladder" 1st deal ($800), 2nd ($1250/mo.) 3rd retainer of minimum 50 hours - equates to $3300, some of our intermediate "programs are from $3200-12000.0
Immediate payout upon closed deals
Unlimited earning potential based on performance *Average setter working 5 days, making ALL goals will easily $1200/wee NOT counting weekly SPIFFS and bonuses.
