This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 24 Hour Call Coverage 7a-7a

1 week per month

Practice Setting: Hospital

Types of cases:available for consults, emergency intraoperative, Emergency Room (ER) and hospital wide. On call provider will round on patients, see new in-house consults, operate on inpatients and assist other specialists in the operating room (OR) when required. The most common call urology will treat is gross hematuria and trauma patients.

Credentialing time: 30-45 Days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

Board certification

BLS and ACLS required

Active AZ license or IMLC LOQ in hand
