Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary support contact for field technicians, providing timely updates and accurate details.
Coordinate schedules, assignments, and service requests to keep operations running efficiently.
Document and update service records, work orders, and project details with accuracy.
Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.
Assist with additional administrative and coordination needs as required.
