We are building a MarTech (Marketing + Technology) agency from scratch – combining storytelling, consumer psychology, and data-driven experiments to help startups, founders, and small businesses grow.

Unlike traditional agencies, we focus on:

1. Consumer psychology & behavior-based marketing

2. Raw, real, narrative-driven content

3. Creating trends, not following them

4. Helping seed-stage founders grow (not just established brands)

5. Branding + marketing + business growth – a 360 approach

6. Data-driven experimentation (laying the foundation for SaaS-driven marketing solutions)

7. Organic-first growth for startups with minimal budgets

Why Join Us?

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You will:

● Work on real-world client projects (startups, women-led ventures, small businesses)

● Brainstorm like a founder and solve creative/business challenges

● Learn branding, storytelling, and growth strategy hands-on

● Get mentorship, certificate & LinkedIn recommendation

Stipend Structure

● 1st Month Learning-focused (Unpaid)

● From 2nd Month Onwards 1000/month (performance-based; grows as agency & clients grow)
