Position Highlights

• Title: Purchasing Manager

• Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire

• Reports To: General Manager

• Hybrid Opportunity – mix of onsite and remote flexibility

Background Requirements

• Proven purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in ERP systems (MAX Dynamics required; SAP experience strongly preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives

• Oversee Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Warehouse operations

• Source and evaluate suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts

• Implement policies and KPIs for effective material planning and inventory management

• Lead ERP transition from MAX Dynamics to SAP

• Ensure material availability meets production and customer delivery schedules

• Lead department budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment

• Train and onboard departmental employees
