Medical Assistant - CT Surgery - Full-Time - Days

PURPOSE OF JOB: A non-exempt clinical position responsible for performing a variety of duties in an out-patient setting where you will be assisting providers with patient care and managing clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks.

Care navigation Job Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma, Medical Assistant diploma preferred Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility in a clinical role preferredOther Skills: Must possess a current CPR certification and current health records with the appropriate immunizations to work in the health care field.

Knowledge: Knowledge of health care field and medical office protocols/procedures.

Skills: Interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) Abilities: Ability to project a pleasant and professional image.
