Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRE We are looking to hire an experienced commercial, Industrial Lead Electrician for the LaGrange, GA and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Clean Background Check

Clean Motor Vehicles Record and clean Drug Screen

7 years of experience required in commercial and industrial jobs

Must have experience installing panels, running/bending pipe, working off of prints, pulling wire, troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues quickly

Must have all basic tools (tape measure, wire stripper, screw driver, levels, hammer, side-cutters, channel locks, electrical meter, etc.)

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet)

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance

Able to perform work on uneven surfaces, frequently climb ladders and on/off equipment, and work from various heights

Able and willing to walk, stand, bend, and sit for long periods of time

Able to use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning and pulling

Willing to follow safety policies and procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers

Must be flexible with hours, shifts and geographic location with reasonable notice

General Duties:

Performs electrical work alone or with others, making judgment calls for crews in the field prior to contacting Superintendent or Owner

Performs rough wiring, power distribution wiring, and wiring of electrical equipment, maintenance, and fixtures, and installation of conduit according to the National Electric Code (NEC)

Estimates the general amount of time and material needed to complete service tasks and advises the Superintendent on job progress and material requirements

Accomplishes various projects utilizing design drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams

Maintains a safe workplace environment and ensures that safety is the highest priority in the workplace

Interacts professionally with clients, including representing Bryant Electric by a clean and neat appearance on the job, identifying client needs and the most effective way to meet them, treating the client with respect, and building strong relationships with clients
