Medical Receptionist (Insurance Verification Registration Scheduler) — Hybrid (Morning Anchor)
Part-time Hybrid (Washington, DC + Remote blocks) W-2 ~15–18 hrs/week (Morning anchor) Compensation: $18–$26/hour

Key Responsibilities
Front desk excellence: greet patients, check in/out, maintain an organized, quiet suite.
Registration & eligibility: SimplePractice invites, e forms/consents, verify BH benefits; document copay/deductible/pre auth.
Scheduling & reminders; manage waitlists; end of shift reconciliation and receipts.
Professional phones/email triage with complete documentation.
Cross Training (All Team Members)

Qualifications
1+ year medical office experience (behavioral health preferred) OR strong hospitality/front desk background.
Poise, empathy, excellent phone etiquette; tech confident with EHRs and Google Workspace.
