About the Role:
We are urgently hiring multiple Remote Data Entry Clerks to join our fast-paced, accuracy-driven operations team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and managing critical information across our systems—ensuring clean, consistent, and timely data that powers business decisions.

What You’ll Do:
Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and quality checks
Organize and categorize digital documents and records
Work closely with team leads to prioritize data entry projects
Follow confidentiality protocols and data security policies
Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Who You Are:
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience (remote experience preferred)
Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma required; post-secondary education a plus
