Job Description
Willowwood Global, located in Mt. Sterling Ohio is seeking an electronics assembly technician that will be responsible for the production of myoliners, locks, and modules from start through packaging. The associate is responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of all the equipment in the myoliner production area and for ensuring that the area meets all production and quality goals on a daily basis. The associate must follow predefined operating procedures for the umbrella locking process and other myoliner-specific processes.
This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday
Compensation based on experience, hourly rate with overtime

Essential Responsibilities:
The essential responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Manufacture myoliners, modules, and locks
Ensure incoming orders are processed in a timely manner
Ensure liners meet all quality and tracking requirements
Package and transfer completed liners to shipping
Ensure equipment is running in compliance with work instructions and SOP's
Follow all safety requirements and proper use of PPE's
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Troubleshoot non-conforming product being produced and notify supervisor and project engineers of potential process improvements
Manage inventory and order raw materials to meet production goals
Other duties as assigned by the department supervisor
Essential Skills Required:
This position requires basic computer skills, and above average mechanical and electrical aptitude. The associate should be very detail oriented and have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, to the letter, on product manufacturing, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Essential skills include:
Mechanical aptitude, ability to become proficient in measurement devices such as a rule, thickness and durometer gauges
Electrical aptitude, ability to become proficient in electrical safety, basic soldering methods for electrical assembly, and electrical testing
Ability to read and accurately follow technical instructions
Ability to work alone or in a team environment
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, production applications)
Ability to gain IPC soldering certification
Fine motor skills/manual dexterity
Ability to use a microscope and various electrical equipment
Ability to understand and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements
Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
Ability to set appropriate production schedules to meet deadlines
Ability to monitor and maintain proper inventory levels
Attention to detail
