Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning solutions for AI and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and statistical analysis, with the ability to build scalable models and integrate them into production systems. This is an onsite contract role in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python.

Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for high-quality input data.

Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models for performance and accuracy.

Integrate ML models into production environments for real-world use cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.

Continuously optimize and improve model performance and scalability.

Document model development processes, methodologies, and results. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience with Python programming.

Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical principles in ML.

Experience with data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

Strong data preprocessing and feature engineering skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
