Work Experience:

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments to identify functional abilities (physical, cognitive, sensory) and develop individualized treatment plans.

Education:

Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTEaccredited program (Bachelors may be accepted in some agencies).

License:

Active North Dakota OT license required.

Certifications:

Current BLS/CPR certification.
