About the Role: We’re looking for an Administrative Support III – On-Site Liaison to join our team supporting the Western Federal Lands Highway Division in Vancouver, WA.
This role combines hands-on administrative work with team coordination.
You’ll be the go-to person on-site for daily contractor operations, ensuring smooth communication between staff, the Program Manager, and Government officials.
What You’ll Do:Coordinate and support a team of administrative staff.Track attendance, schedules, and ensure daily coverage.Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain records.Serve as the first point of contact for on-site issues.Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.Maintain compliance with all contract requirements.
What We’re Looking For:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Great communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in office administration; leadership experience a plus.Ability to work independently and problem-solve.Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, fully on-site.
