Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.

Scope:

Complete First Article Inspections onsite at machining customer to ensure that the documentation and parts are in compliance with the requirements of Customer Purchase order, and AS9102.

Roles and responsibilities :

Develop and Complete FAIR package when parts have been completed.

Prepare AS9102 document package. Bubble drawings. Review and prepared documentation for AS9102 report.

Validate all Product Accountability - Raw Material, Specifications & Special Process(es) and Functional Testing are documented on Form 2.

Validate objective evidence is captured and is within limits for Characteristic Accountability, Verification and Compatibility Evaluation on Form 3.

Mechanical inspection if the documented evidence does not fully demonstrate compliance.

Perform package development for new and delta FAIRs.

Qualifications :

3 – 5 years experience in preparing of reviewing FAIR packages in accordance with AS9102.

Understanding of machining operations.

Understanding of GD&T

Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate activities directly with customer quality team individuals.

U.S. citizen

Inspection Xpert software experience helpful.

Good knowledge of [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment
