Job Description:
Provide repair estimates and forward all required documents to insurance for LOA processing.
Receive and log in BRP units for service repair.
Prepare and process accurate Repair Orders (RO).
Communicate with clients regarding job details, costs, and updates.
Coordinate with contractors/technicians on repair jobs.
Monitor repair progress and ensure quality before release.
Maintain proper documentation and service records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP.
Provide aftersales support and secure customer satisfaction.
Follow dealership policies and safety protocols.
