As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor for users of world-leading digital products. Whether by phone, email, or chat, you'll help customers solve issues, maximize their product use, and enjoy a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and friendly support across multiple communication channels.
Use CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and internal tools to manage cases efficiently.
Troubleshoot customer inquiries within defined service levels.
Consistently meet performance targets such as resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
Participate in regular training and stay updated on new products and features.
What You'll Need
Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
