W Executive is recruiting a Germany HR Business Partner for a prestigious international law firm.
This is a one year fixed-term contract role, based in Frankfurt, Germany, at the initial stage of a transition project with prospects of permanent employment.
Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner for local Partners and Business Services leaders, driving organizational performance and implementing the company’s people strategy. You will:
Provide strategic HR advice and lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, succession planning, staff engagement, and well-being.
Build trusted partnerships with fee-earners, Partners, and business teams.
Collaborate with specialist HR teams and business units to improve policies and processes.
Act as a change agent, sharing best practices, market trends, and innovative HR solutions.
Deliver HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support strategic decisions.
Drive inclusion and diversity initiatives across all HR levers.
Ensure compliance with German labor laws and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the legal sector or strong understanding of law firm operations.
Fluent in German and English.
Solid knowledge of German employment law.
Hands-on experience in coaching, counselling, facilitation, organizational design, and business strategy design.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
