Product Manager – Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology

The Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management within a global healthcare environment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align development and go-to-market plans with business objectives, while serving as the voice of global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate product vision and strategy; align with commercial goals.

Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and customer-driven opportunities.

Oversee full product lifecycle (ideation launch end of life), tracking KPIs and iterating on feedback.

Act as global customer advocate, aligning regional and global needs.

Build business cases and actionable solutions from customer insights.

Conduct market research & competitive analysis to guide decisions.

Manage risks in product development and market shifts.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Healthcare, or related field.

3–5 years in product management, ideally in healthcare/medical devices.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and agile mindset.

Comfortable in matrixed, multinational environments.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Technical acumen in product development and digital tools.

Results-driven, with proven product delivery success.

Willingness to travel (10–20%); fluency in English & German; valid EU driver’s license.
