Salary Range: $107,000 $161,000 per year (W2)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst SAP to support and configure key SAP modules (PP, MM, IM/WM, SD, S4HANA, and C4C). This role will lead configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support while ensuring compliance with SOX and best practices. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT staff to translate business needs into solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP modules (PP, MM, IM/WM, SD, S4HANA, C4C).

Lead SAP projects, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Conduct business process analysis and recommend system enhancements.

Partner with vendors to ensure SLA compliance.

Develop reports, scripts, KPIs, and troubleshoot issues.

Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with change management.

Qualifications

46 years of functional SAP experience with strong configuration skills.

Systems testing, IT implementation, and project management background.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Utilities industry experience preferred.

Bachelors degree and/or SAP certification strongly desired.
