Key Duties:

Prep, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards

Portion, peel, cut, wash, and mix ingredients as needed

Ensure proper food labeling, rotation, and storage practices

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation

Follow all food handling and safety guidelines

Communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Entry-level or prior food prep/line cook experience accepted

Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

ServSafe Certification preferred - increases starting wage

Must be available to work weekends (day shifts or afternoon shifts)
