Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with 30 minute lunch

10 - 14 patients per day

60 minute new patient visits -- 30 minute follow-ups

Outpatient clinic setting

Minimum 6-month commitment required

Temp-to-perm opportunity available

Adult patient population only

Hospital privileges required
