Join a well-supported solo practice in a community eager for accessible urologic care. This is a rare opportunity to build a service line from the ground up, with a strong referral network already in place. Practice Overview

You'll join a solo, hospital-employed practice with full support staff (RNs, MA, receptionist)

Clinic is fully equipped with 3 exam rooms and located steps from the hospital

Access to 5 ORs with dedicated scheduling, no robotics required

Strong referral base of hospital-employed and private physicians in a draw area up to 110,000

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm (Availability for a 4-day work week)

100% outpatient clinic with hospital OR access as needed

Call is 10 days/month including 1 weekend; additional call is compensated

ER is Level III, trauma cases are transferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $550,000 with RVU bonus structure

$100,000 sign-on bonus

30 days PTO, 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance
