Key Responsibilities:Accurately input and manage program data, ensuring consistency and correctness for grant-related documentation.Assist with tracking certification information and distributing certification cards.Respond to inquiries from students regarding certifications and course-related questions.Maintain and update databases, ensuring all records are current and properly archived.Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, preparing reports, and organizing files.Collaborate on the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.Must be able to climb a ladder to reach the files Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.MUST HAVE Database, data entry and scanning experience This is long-term temporary position.
