The role primarily involves conducting eye exams for children at various schools from Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm, adapting to school schedules. This position requires flexibility as the provider will travel between schools every 3-4 weeks to ensure all children are seen.

Responsibilities and Duties

Additional Information

Must hold a valid Optometry board certification

Requires current Ohio state license to practice
