Role Overview

As Division Director, you’ll be a seasoned player/coach: actively contributing to sales or recruiting while leading and growing your team. You’ll lead by example and think like an owner—balancing stewardship of process with entrepreneurial energy.

What You’ll Do

Partner with leadership on business development and operational strategy

Personally hunt and secure new clients or candidates

Mentor, coach, and manage a team of recruiters/BDMs

Own performance and drive division-wide throughput

Collaborate horizontally and vertically within Vernovis
