ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brannon Poland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

New customer acquisition and onboarding.

Educate prospects and customers regarding insurance coverage options.

Conduct Needs Analysis to effectively recommend insurance coverage to prospects and customers.

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.

Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.QUALIFICATIONS:

Property and Casualty License required.

Life and Health License required.

Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service and sales preferred.

Opportunity requires engaging others in conversations.

Problem solving skills required.

Must be a team player.
