Location:Home base is Lewistown, MT however, this position is part of theCentral Montana Health District sector of which serves 5 surrounding counties.
Schedule: Full-time Flexible Hours Travel Required
What Youll Do
Developand deliver outreach and educational materials to communities across designated counties
Providetraining and technical assistance to individuals and providers to support tobacco cessation
Buildand maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and advocacy groups
Assessprogram activities to identify education and training needs
Prepareand submit accurate reports and documentation in a timely manner
RepresentOne Health in meetings, presentations, and coalition activities related to tobacco prevention

Qualifications:
Associates degree
Valid drivers license
Strong communication, public speaking (of varied interests and backgrounds), and organizational skills
Experience in health education or related fields (preferred)
A self-starter attitude with a passion for community health
Customer Service experience
Strong computer skills to include internet-based applications and Microsoft Office
Certifications (Upon hire)
BLS Certification
National Incident Management System/Incident Command System (NIMS/ICS) 100, 200, and 700a certification within first year of employment
Preferred:
2 years' experience in health education, nonprofit services, health services, public education or a directly related field or experience in a position of similar or transferable skills and duties.
