At De Jong Verpakking by Stora Enso, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our customers and play a crucial role in driving our growth. Join our team and contribute to the success of a leading company in sustainable packaging solutions!
Some of the key tasks you will perform:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts by regularly staying in touch, responding to their needs and expectations, and providing excellent customer service;
Identifying sales opportunities and negotiating contracts and prices with major customers. This may also include preparing sales proposals and quotes;
Developing account management strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. This may involve analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies to changing market conditions;
Collaborating with the product development team to propose new products or modifications to existing products that meet the specific needs of key customers;
What we are looking for:
You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) in a Commercial or Business Administration direction;
At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles with a strong focus on (key) account management;
Proven experience in developing strategic customer relationships and long-term partnerships;
Experience in generating new business and actively identifying growth opportunities with both existing and new customers;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience with IT tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
