General Manager Qualities:
Minimum 2 years in management (35 preferred) within full-service casual dining; strong bar background preferred.
Entrepreneurial mentality: ability to operate with minimal oversight, take initiative, and drive results.
Guest-focused leader with excellent organizational skills, dependability, and a great attitude.
Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years).
Kitchen knowledge and hands-on management experience are a plus.
General Manager Expectations:
55-hour workweek (5 shifts of 11 hours, with 2 days off).
Balance maintaining a family-style culture with holding staff accountable to high standards.
Conduct daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
Uphold appearance standards (tattoos and piercings acceptable within reason; no face tattoos).
Lead by example mentoring and developing staff, especially those newer to the industry.
