As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be crucial in processing fiberglass by operating and monitoring advanced machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up machines according to production instructions.

- Ensure quality standards are met independently.

- Monitor production to quickly identify and address malfunctions.

- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

- Accurately package and document goods.

- Facilitate effective shift handovers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Strong language skills to read safety and operating documents.

- Basic math skills and troubleshooting abilities.

- Familiarity with manufacturing software preferred.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role involves standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks.
