Job Description:

We are seeking an Eco-Friendly Deep Cleaning Technician who is passionate about cleanliness and the environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning tasks using green, eco-friendly products and techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring spaces are sanitized, organized, and left looking their best—while reducing the carbon footprint of each job.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of homes, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and windows, using eco-friendly cleaning products and methods.

Commercial Cleaning: Provide deep cleaning services for commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, medical facilities, and schools, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Eco-Friendly Practices: Utilize green-certified cleaning products and environmentally safe methods to minimize the use of harmful chemicals. Implement sustainable cleaning techniques that reduce waste and energy consumption.

Surface Sanitization: Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces to promote a healthy environment for clients.

Organization: Assist with decluttering and organizing spaces as needed.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and sanitized regularly.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.

Job Reporting: Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, tasks completed, and any issues or concerns encountered during jobs.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both) is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and green-certified cleaning products is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and an ability to clean to high standards.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for mobile cleaning teams).

A passion for sustainability and creating a healthier environment for people and the planet.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
