$19.50 per hour

Temp to Hire

Monday-Thursday, Full Availability 9am-9pm, and Friday 9am-6pm

Grandview, Ohio (onsite)

Starts September 22nd, 2025

What the position offers:

Starting at $19.50, then a .50 raise after the training period is complete

1 PTO day earned monthly and can carry over month to month but not year to year

1-hour orientation the Wednesday before starting

Schedule: must be available 9a-9p Monday-Thursday and 9a-6p on Friday

8hr shift will be assigned

10% additional pay for any hours after 6p Monday-Friday (Shift Premium)

Access to company cafe and gym when onsite

What you’ll be doing:

Receiving inbound calls from new customers, potential customers and employees who have questions regarding recalls, vehicle order status, local dealerships, warranties, service requests

Resolving complaints and inquiries appropriately within the established department

Meeting quality standards with each call

Maintain, meet and exceed service and quality standards

Who we’re looking for:

Elevated customer service BG (ex: working at a high-end restaurant or retail store)

1 or more years of customer service experience – can be office, retail, or restaurant

Previous call center experience is considered undesirable

Proficiency using computer applications

Experience working for a premium brand or service

Strong listening and communication skills

Able to de-escalate situations

Flexibility, strong time management, detail oriented, reliable, committed, professional

No time off needed within the first 90 days

Clean credit history
