$19.00–$19.16/hour

Answer and resolve account inquiries by phone

Provide accurate, professional support

Document interactions and meet performance goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

6 months–2 years of experience (internships count)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer service or call center experience preferred
