Job Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC, repairs, maintenance and installations for both residential and some commercial clients.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, offering timely and effective solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and friendly demeanor.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Ensure quality work and safety standards.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (at least 2-3 years preferred).

EPA Certification (required).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
