What You’ll Be Doing:
· Identify potential customers through prospecting.
· Expand customer relationship by selling component solutions, products, and services.
· Comfortable selling via outbound telephone calls & email.
· Managing outbound and inbound calls, e-mails, customer orders, and general workflow
· Manage the sales process for new and existing customers while providing outstanding customer service.
· Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
· Building relationships with B2B customers.
· Account management
What We Are Looking For:
· 3-5 years' experience in board level electronic component distribution or relative sales experience.
· Systems savvy, ability to adapt quickly.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
· Ability to build influential relationships.
· The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results.
· Strong communication, customer service, negotiating, and organization skills.
· Committed to delivering outstanding Customer Service
· Problem solver
· Ability to communicate clearly; orally and in writing
· Organized and Confident
· High-energy, professionally persistent salesperson
· Professional salespeople looking for a career
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
· Prior industry or B2B experience is a plus.
· Bilingual with Fluent (English/Spanish) a plus.
Work Arrangement: This position will follow an in-person Monday - Friday work schedule 7:30AM -4 :00 PM with an hour lunch.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$20.70 - $30.00 plus revenue based sliding scale commission
Full-time
